Human Garage #28Day Reset
Day 12
I noticed this morning during the Human Garage stress reset that my left foot was feeling more relaxed and it felt flatter on the floor. Once I’d tuned into this, I continued watching the foot for a little bit and realised the toes were also starting to relax and I wasn’t gripping the floor as much as I had been with this foot.
I was looking forward to trying the lower body fascia set of moves but I slept through my alarm so annoyingly I’ve not got time for both before work. I will definitely try them tonight before bed. It’ll be interesting to see if I feel or notice and difference.
Last night doing the organ reset again before bed I had a sharp pain when releasing over the psoas on the lower left abdomen. I carried on gently holding on this point for a number of extra breaths until I felt it release, so it was interesting this morning to suddenly realise my left foot was finally releasing too.
Its definitely my left side that is always tight, but I’m noticing slowly that my posture at my desk is improving, so hopefully the left side is starting to notice the benefits of the Human Garage work I’m doing. I’m curious to see how this progresses over the next week, if at all.
