Day 13
I’m a bit behind with posting this week as its been a full on week at work and I keep sleeping through my alarm. Because of this I’m having to catch up on the journalling part each night so I don’t miss out.
I’m hoping to get back on track next week and get back to journalling right after doing the Human Garage fascia manoeuvres which worked much better for me.
I found the vestibular and eye balance set of moves really helpful. I noticed how much tension there is in my face, particularly around the left hand eye. I’m hoping if I can keep doing these and loosen things up, that it might help the tinnitus I’m suffering – predominantly in the left ear.
I was surprised to feel how much tingling and energy release I could feel under my left foot whilst doing the Human Garage vestibular and eye balance moves. There’s definitely work to be done on the left side still.
I’m really encouraged reading all the people that are doing the reset for a second or third time how much deeper they seem to be going with releases and body awareness. It’s such a powerful gift we’ve all been given by the Human Garage team.
I’m feeling very blessed.
