Wow half way through and some big realisations have come up for me today. This feels like great progress for this point in the Human Garage reset programme and definitely something to focus on for the second half.

Firstly, putting the fingers in the jaw and squatting really tightened up my left hip and I could immediately feel the connection between the jaw and hip in my body. As I was trying to surrender into the jaw release, it felt like my hip was tightening to protect itself and stop the release from happening.

I’ve known about the strong connection between jaw, shoulder, hip, ankle and yes, I have tightness in all of these on the left, but I’m never sure which is the root cause and which are the secondary areas. For the last couple of days I’ve been feeling the urge to do a yoga exercise moving through the hips that my body hasn’t been strong enough to do for ages.

Today, focusing on my body sensations and the yes/no aspects of the Human Garage affirmations, I kept being drawn to the hip area and suddenly realised that this yoga exercise is moving the hip to help it work out the deep trauma that’s buried there. Wow!

I’ve got no expectations on what will come up yet, or how long it will take, but I’m confident now that this is probably the real root of what my body is holding onto and that with love and focus I can start to process the emotions that need to come through.

I’ve also noticed this morning that where my tinnitus has been worse since a recent bout of Covid, it’s the middle part of my face that’s particularly tight, so possibly this is protecting the ear area? Not sure, but it’s one to watch over the next 2 weeks and see if yesterday’s Human Garage facial manoeuvres can create any release.

As I’ve realised all my current issues on the left side of my body relate to points on the stomach meridian, I’ve decided to try switching my daily Healy Renewal programme to the Stomach Meridian programme for a few days and see if it has any effect on helping to release the blocks along this meridian.
