I really liked the way the extra Human Garage fascia manoeuvres in today’s reset flowed with the regular moves. I can finally feel that I’m making small indents into my lower body which is very encouraging.
It definitely helps me doing the extra head and then lower body Human Garage moves on a daily basis as I feel this is how I’ll slowly start breaking through the tightness.
I think there have been some shifts in my hip alignment over the weekend because it felt different sitting in my work chair today. I was trying to work out what felt different and suddenly realised my left hip was actually touching the back of the chair!
I’m not sure how long my left shoulder and hip have been twisted forward for, but it’s definitely going to take a few days to adjust to this new posture. I just hope it lasts.
