Day 19
I’ve had a bit of a blip today, as I’m struggling to understand why everything tightens up so much some nights.
Everything felt so flexible last night before I went to bed and I’d noticed how free my neck was feeling. Then today, I woke up with such tight calves and my left shoulder and neck are super tight again! It’s incredibly frustrating.
I know it’s all a learning process so I’m doing my best to trust that my body will slowly feel safe enough not to tighten each night. I’m trying to communicate directly with my body and ask it to show me what it needs to release. We’ll see how this technique develops over the remainder of the Human Garage reset and whether it brings me deeper into my body or not.
