Human Garage #28Day Reset

I really loved the extra depth from today’s lower body Human Garage fascia manoeuvres. This is the area I still need to work on a lot, but I can feel the tension being held in the left foot now and these moves are really getting into the heart of that area. I definitely want to continue to explore these lower body moves further and see what comes up, and where I can bring in new releases.
Interestingly, last night I was feeling deeply called to spend a quiet night with myself allowing what was wanting to come up to move through me. I had some cacao to gently support me in a loving way, and intuitively put on some music and just moved and danced.
It felt amazing! It was a gentle practice, but really powerful. I felt a deep connection into my hips and whole body in general. Afterwards, I re-did Garry’s Human Garage mobility masterclass from the morning, ending with lying in a fetal position. Man, was that good!
I felt a real love for myself, possibly for the first time and in that moment my hips cracked open and started to reveal what they’ve been holding on to from my past. I know this is only the start, but getting into this deep seated emotional area feels like big progress on my Human Garage journey.
This morning I noticed whilst meditating that I wasn’t slumped down into my hips like usual. I felt I was sitting a little higher and was guided to spend time in a yoga shoulder stand which my body hasn’t been strong enough for for years.
I’m feeling so, so blessed for this Human Garage fascia reset journey and proud of myself for sticking with it and wanting to bring in changes to my life.
