Human Garage #28Day Reset
Day 24
I felt a really deep connection with my body during today’s Human Garage fascia manoeuvres.
The extra twists, and adding a squat to the anti-gravity move and arm swing, showed me there was a lot of pressure in the head and neck area. But in contrast, it then felt like I’d released a weight off my shoulders after the breathing exercise.
I loved adding the affirmations into the heart/brain coherence meditation. This made it even more powerful for me.
I think today was the first time I’ve done the Human Garage organ reset lying on the floor and I found it a really helpful practice to do. After the visualisations, I felt a deep connection to the heartbeat of Mother Earth and felt she was really holding me and nourishing me during this set of moves. I think this helped me focus in to the areas in my body that are still holding tension.
By being more relaxed and feeling held as a whole being, it allowed me to pinpoint that my thighs are still trying to hold onto something and my left arm doesn’t point 90 degrees out to the side, but is actually at more of a 45 degree angle, so there’s definitely more work to do in this area too. It was very interesting to be able to compare the difference in how my body felt on the floor compared to standing up, as I usually do for these organ reset moves.
