Day 22

I loved today’s Human Garage lessons. They resonated really deeply with me and gave me clarity that my intuition has been guiding me in the right direction. My goal now is to learn to trust it more, and spend less time searching for answers elsewhere.

My body knows what it needs. It’s constantly showing me the signs, I just need to get better at understanding them and believeing in myself.

I’ve had a couple of days of powerful realisations. I’m now seeing clearly where this Human Garage fascia reset journey is taking me, and how its come into my life at just the right time to support my personal and physical development with my Healy frequency device business. This is amazing, and definitely not something I was expecting when I embarked on this reset. It’s quite exciting.

I’ve definitely loved the energy of moving into Cancer season and the full moon yesterday. It’s giving me greater body awareness for sure, and the knowledge that self love, a curious mind and no expectations are key to my personal journey with the Human Garage community.
