I’ve always been totally enchanted by water.

As a young child on holiday I would literally spend all day in the pool. I loved swimming lessons and always looked forward to bath times with my little sis. I have so many happy memories associated with water that its always felt like an integral part of me. As I’ve grown older I’ve turned to water more and more as a meditative tool – a healing place. Many a poem or spiritual download has come to me whilst I’ve been sat gazing out at water’s enchanting surface, whether it’s the ocean, sea, lake or tiny stream, each has its own mesmerising qualities. When I’m lucky enough to go for a dip, it always feels like a warm comforting hug as I submerge myself into the water – well ok, its not always warm, but you know what I mean!!

The very first time I visited Glastonbury after starting my holistic training and beginning to become more spiritually aware, the one thing I purchased was ‘The Healing Power of Water’ by Dr Emoto. I had no idea why, but this book literally jumped out at me from the shelves of one of the many bookshops and I knew I had to have it. It was a truly fascinating read and the messages of the water crystals he froze have stayed with me ever since, always bobbing just under the surface, feeling like there was more to come – deeper messages to be learn maybe.

Connections to other realms

During the April 2022 eclipse season, I suddenly started to receive these occasional downloads, more often than not related to water and frequencies. One day I literally heard the message to add kelp to my cacao – I know its a weird and totally unorthadox combination, but the messages was so strong I decided to go with it. The first time I sprinkled some kelp flakes into my cacao I received the most beautiful visions of a group of beings dancing and swimming together deep in the ocean with enchanting shafts of light radiating from the surface and shining silkily around the group as it bounced around weaving a protective light trail in its wake.

Since that first encounter, it does seem to be that whenever I feel called to add kelp into the mix for my cacao rituals that I deepen this connection further. Growing up I always thought it might be because my sun sign is Aquarius (the water bearer), but now I believe theres something deeper going on, so I’m intrigued to see where it leads me over the next few years. I have a feeling this will be a recurring theme
